SPECIALTY CONTESTS

Sponsored by Wayne's Daughters Farm & Greenhouses, open to any youth aged 9 through 17 Years Old that teams up with an Adult to Grow a Flower Container.

Have an interesting photo of an animal from a trail cam?  Bring it to the Youth Building for a chance to win cash prizes!

Pickup a skein of yarn from the Expo Building. Use your creativity to knit or crochet an item of your choice. Pre-registration is required through on-line entries by June 16.

Compete in teams of 2 navigating an obstacle course while knitting or crocheting! Register at the Expo Building on Saturday, August 1 and let the fun begin! 

Build a Scarecrow with sturdy support.  Bring to Open Class building. No entry fee and Cash prizes!

Decorate one vegetable such as potato, pumpkin, squash etc!

Open to Cowboys and Cowgirls aged 2 - 6 years old.  Ride on over to the Horse Barn to register and make your own Stick Horse to participate in a number of different events.

A photo theme is announced at the start of the photo shoot. Participants have 1 hour to take a photo on the grounds that encompasses the theme. Photos are then printed on-site and judged! No digital alterations or cropping are allowed. Space is limited so get your registration in early!

Calling all Chocoholics!  Bring your favorite Chocolate Dessert to the Pavilion for a chance to have it judged by an industry expert.

Bake your favorite pie and bring it to the Pavilion for a chance to win a Prize!  Then watch it be auctioned off to benefit the Racine County Fair Open Class department.
